Hello, My name is L. Stephen Allen. My original place of birth is in the state of Ohio. And I am currently residing in Southwest Florida.

I am a painter working in a realistic style of art; or my own personal realism style. I like to use oil paints because of the flexibility and adaptability to many different techniques of application.

As an artist I am what is usually called 'self taught'. So I consider my ability to create art to be altogether the gift of God.
