I’m a south Florida native, living in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area now for the past 6 years. I’ve always had an interest in the arts but for some reason I went the opposite direction once I got to college. I studied micro/molecular biology at UCF and then went on for post grad work to obtain my Masters’s in Medical Sciences degree through the Physicians Assistant program at NSU in Orlando.
Recently I’ve had more time to get back into painting. I particularly like to work on canvas with acrylic paints through an abstract technique called swiping or pouring. Other mediums I use include wax and epoxy or resin.
Through Zero Empty Spaces I am able to work on projects in my studio and I couldn’t be more excited to spend more time doing what I love!
