Open House
The Zero Empty Spaces (ZES) management team host Open House events to allow interested artists the opportunity to get an overview of the ZES program, get a tour of the space and secure their space if intersted. The Open House event is usually held on a Saturday and begins promptly at 2:00pm. Spaces are secured very quickly and first preference goes to artists that have already filled out the online application and are waiting in line for space. Grand Openings
The Zero Empty Spaces management team host a Grand Opening with every new location that is opened. Be sure to signup for the mailing list to be included in the invitations for these coveted Openings, that are attended by art afficanados, artists, and city officials.
One-on-One Studio Visits
Studio visits are an integral component of Zero Empty Spaces (ZES). They provide valuable feedback and guidance to the artists and an opportunity to expand the audience of contemporary art while helping to create a thriving cultural community throughout Broward County. Scheduled throughout the year, we host unique experiences for local and visiting museum patrons, professional organizations, collectors, community organizations, etc. To schedule an experience please email us.

Once a month we'll take to the streets to visit the Zero Empty Spaces (ZES) artists' studios. We take pride in our community and we want to be your uniter! Each month we'll visit different locations and introduce you to the incredible artists that make Broward County unique. All experiences will be listed on the calendar.
