I am a digital media artist. My passion is filmmaking, gaming, performance art, authoring books and illustration. I also mentor youth who aspire to have a career in in the media arts. I need a space large enough to create , host screenings to promote the work I do as well as the work of the underserved students that I mentor.

​Ideally, If you have a place located near a beach or that has access to a grassy area for performance art screenings that would be at the top of my wish list. Move in date-2/1/2021. I look forward to hearing from you soon! Thank you
